What are the limitations of microeconomics?

Microeconomics analysis suffers from certain limitations:

1.   Not dealing with the whole economy:
Microeconomics cannot give an idea of the functioning of the economy as a whole.

2.   Full employment assumption:
It assumes full employment which is a rare phenomenon in the capitalist world.

3.   Unrealistic:
It has some basic assumptions which are not realistic.

At last, we conclude that, having some limitation microeconomics is important for individual industry.
